New Clients can either contact us directly or use our online Pet Care Portal, Time to Pet, to get started.

On this page, you will be asked to fill out a simple questionnaire.
Once this is completed, we will review your form and approve your request within the same business day or within 24 hours on week days. If it is a weekend, we will get back to you first thing on Monday.
- Once we have approved your request, you will receive an email to activate your account, and create a password.
- Please review our service agreement. Type your name to agree to our service terms, and then tap “Agree and continue.”
- You will then be asked to fill out your profile. This will include your basic personal information, details about your home, emergency contact information, and finally the fun stuff … your pet profiles! From there, you can also upload a photo of your pet(s) to include in their profiles. We ask that you include as much detail as possible on these forms so that we can provide the best possible care for your pets and your home. You can also update your profile at any time, so you have peace of mind that we have all of the necessary information to accommodate you and your pet(s)’ needs.
- After that, you will receive a welcome email, and your account is good to go! From your online portal, you can access scheduling, view our visit notes and report cards for each visit, communicate with us, and review and pay your invoices all in one place.

Once that’s squared away, we will schedule a complimentary meet and greet to get better acquainted with you and your kiddo(s), and for you to give us a tour of your home.

We encourage you to download the Time to Pet mobile app so you can communicate with us while you’re on the go, and receive our visit reports in real time.
